Beef Kebabs
1 (1-pound) beef tenderloin 
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 medium-size green bell pepper, cut into 20 squares
10 cherry tomatoes
10 small mushrooms
2 small yellow squash, cut into 10 slices
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking spray
1/4 teaspoon salt

Prepare griddle.

Cut meat into 20 (3/4-inch) cubes. Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce over meat. Thread meat, bell pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms, and squash alternately onto 5 (12-inch) skewers. Sprinkle evenly with black pepper.

Place kebabs on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill, uncovered, 10 minutes or to desired degree of doneness, turning once. Sprinkle evenly with salt.

Tip: If using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in water 30 minutes before threading to keep them from burning during grilling.

Corn on the Cob-Boiled
Makes :1
1 corn still on husk

In a large pot put enough water for the corn to float but not too much.

On medium heat allow the pot of water to boil.

When the water is boiled put the corn in and put a lid on the pot.

Cook for 10-15 minutes depending on the softness you want.

Carefully drain the hot water and remove the cob, be careful because it is hot.

Put you preferred toppings on and enjoy!

Banana S'mores

2 graham crackers
1/4 banana
1 marshmallow

First take your 1/4 banana and cut it into 4 peices.

Take your two graham crackers and put the bananas on one and the choclate on the other.

Take a stick and poke it through the marshmallow.

Hold your marshmallow to a heat source either from a fire or the stove.

When the marshmallow is cooked to your choice take it out of the fire.

Then put the marshmallow still on the stick between the two graham crackers.

Squeeze the graham crackers down and then pull the stick out, Enjoy!

Potatoes in foil
1 potato
2 slices onions
2 teaspoons butter
aluminum foil

Russet potatoes work best.

get a piece of foil about 12 inches square.

Cut potato into 3 equal parts.

place a slice of onion and a slice of butter between the slices of potato.

roll in foil and seal the ends.

place on grill or charcoal for about 45 minutes or until soft, turning once.

serve with butter and sour cream, Enjoy!
